    After arriving in England a few days ago I was finally treated to a traditional fish and chip dinner at the local shop. The fish was fabulous; hot, light, flaky and in a very tasty batter, the chips hot, fresh and crisp and the meal was completed with traditional mushy peas. What a feast!

    The line-up on a Monday night was out the door. A sure sign this is a popular place with the locals!

    I highly recommend Ambridges for a fresh tasty traditional paper wrapped fish and chip feast!
